Russia is known as a country with a very strong digital security system.
According to Pratama, cyber attacks on Russia are a challenge for anonymous hackers.
"Russia is one of the very strict about cybersecurity. On several occasions it can be seen from photos that Valimir Putin is still using Windows XP which was modified for the security of the Kremlin.
This shows they are already very alert at a fairly high level," Pratama told CNNIndonesia.com via text message, Wednesday (2/3).
Even so, a digital security system is not completely safe from various attacks. That way, updates and a series of actions are needed to detect attacks early.
If necessary, said Pratama, cyber intelligence is also needed to identify potential cyber attacks, to be elaborated with other security systems.
"All systems always have the opportunity to be hacked, even the CIA, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and also French President Emanuele Marcon are also victims of hacking and spies," he concluded.
He said the cybersecurity ecosystem includes detection, mitigation and processing. That's not to say digital systems can't be hacked.
