There are two kinds of celebrity parents on social media: the super-curated, professional photography, Insta-is-a-business crowd, and the more relatable, “they’re just like us” accounts. (Okay, it’s all curated, but some celebs are really good at making themselves seem relatable anyway, right?) There’s room for everyone, but some days you just want to know that even Academy Award-winning actors are driving a minivan full of crushed Cheerios and empty juice boxes. We’ve got you covered—here’s a list of famous parents you won’t hate following on Instagram.

1. Jennifer Garner

If your idea of a good time involves baking, urban farming and dressing up in elaborate costumes for your kids’ birthday parties, Jennifer Garner is your girl. Oh, and she wears a robe like a boss. What’s not to love? #momgoals

2. Kristen Bell

Sometimes, motherhood is beautiful. Other times, you end up reluctantly homeschooling your children while they treat you like their own personal jungle gym. It’s called balance.

3. Jessi Cruickshank

Former MTV host Jessi Cruickshank is the mother of two-year-old twin boys and has a new baby on the way. Her honest, often hilarious accounts of parenthood are definitely worth a follow.

4. Ali Wong

If you’ve seen either of Ali Wong’s Netflix comedy specials, you know this mom holds nothing back—and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

5. Anderson Cooper

He may be a serious journalist, a silver fox and Andy Cohen’s longtime BFF, but Anderson Cooper is also a new dad who totally rocks a Baby Bjorn.

6. Busy Philipps

Busy Philipps is that cool, moody, artsy friend who turned into the cool mom you wanted to hang out with. We love how supportive she is of her daughters’ individuality and expression (plus how she’s maintained her own!).

7. The Rock

Moana showed us a softer side of Dwayne Johnston, but he’s been a proud dad for years. Now the father of three daughters, The Rock is all about that dad life and can work a detangling brush like a pro.

8. Sarah Blackwood

Not only is Sarah Blackwood a singer/songwriter with her band, Walk Off The Earth, but she’s a mom to three young boys and she’s always one to keep it real. Expect frequent cameos from her bandmate/partner, Gianni Luminati.

9. Serena Williams

Relatable? Not so much. But a world-class athlete and businesswoman with a sense of humour, killer fashion and a genuine love for motherhood? Serena is unmatched (just ask her husband, aka ultimate Wife Guy Alexis Ohanian).

10. Chrissy Teigen

Arguably the most and least relatable celeb on social media, it’s hard not to love Chrissy Teigen. She’s honest and unfiltered, and her love for her family is clearly evident.
